We returned from my mother-in-law's funeral to the festivities of my niece's wedding. The wedding isn't until tomorrow, but the party began last night. At one point in the evening I overheard Trey (11) confide to the bride, "I prefer weddings over funerals."
Don't we all. Don't we all!

So sorry to hear of your family's loss. {hugs} Yes, I agree that weddings are much more preferred to funerals. And I can totally picture Trey telling Keren that. Have a wonderful weekend celebrating!
