To the Max

A couple weeks ago, I was driving Max to stay with a friend and noticed he had brought his money along. When I asked him what he thought he might need money for he said, "In case we go out to eat. Then I can pay for myself . . . unless we go somewhere really expensive." When I stopped laughing he said, "Come on, mom. I'm honorable, but I'm not stupid."
