We picked Chris up from school yesterday in my niece's car. Tricked by the vehicle, he got in the car and said, "I thought it was a Keren, but all I got was a mom."

After their first day at college when even the professor had asked if Gunnar and Max are twins, Gunnar said in resignation, "I'm just going to start saying yes. It'll be easier."

Walking up the dock, Gunnar repeated something Chris had said. Chris responded, "Stop making fun of how I talk! I don't have a big enough mouth to say words like you. See," pointing to his mouth, "I have a tiny tongue."

Chris' name change to JC is going to be a school name. The hassle of trying to change it with people who already know him as Chris was too much of an effort. He seems okay with this.
